A Note on Value & Integrity

Mission-based rates are not discounted services—they are community-supported access points to the same level of professional care, presence, and depth.

Details

  • 1. Coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours or more in advance will result in cancelation fees at the rate of the session.

    2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the coach.

    3. Pre-payed coaching sessions or packages must be started within one year of the

    first payment date.

    4. Coaching package agreements require consecutive monthly participation and shall expire within two months of the last session attended by the client unless arrangements are made with the coach to pause the program.

    5. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions. The coach may reschedule and refund at any time.

    6. The coach may offer discounts, adjust rates, or add time to sessions at any time.

    • 0% for more than 24 hour notice

    • 25% for 12 – 24 hour notice

    • 50% for 4 – 12 hour notice

    • 100% for 0 – 4 hour notice

  • Additional fees:

    • Travel fee: $1/min (round trip) to meet at your location. Other travel expenses are additional.

    • Studio fee: TBD based on location.

    • Sales Tax: Washingon State sales tax 8.6% is required and included in pricing. Out of state clents may request tax expemtion.

    • Credit Card processing fee. A 3% processing fee is included.
