Primal Life
Menjaga - Initiation & Mentorship
A Structured Transition into Responsibility, Capability, and Adulthood
Purpose
This program is designed for adult men who are capable, intelligent, and resourced, yet stalled in the full transition into grounded adulthood. It is not therapy, coaching, or motivational work. It is a time-bound, embedded apprenticeship focused on restoring structure, responsibility, and lived competence through disciplined practice and direct mentorship.
The goal is not inspiration or self-expression, but function: the ability to meet life with steadiness, contribution, and accountability.
What Makes This Program Different
Most interventions address symptoms. This apprenticeship addresses conditions.
Participants are not treated as clients to be fixed, but as adults in training—expected to show up, follow through, and grow into responsibility through lived experience. The work emphasizes:
Embodied discipline and routine
Real-world responsibility and skill transfer
Clear feedback and accountability
Structured reflection and integration
A gradual return to self-directed adulthood
This approach draws on traditional apprenticeship models, modern developmental psychology, and practical life skills. It avoids ideology, spiritual claims, or therapeutic dependency.
Structure & Time Commitment
Duration: Up to 6 months (full evolution)
Minimum Commitment: 3 months (initiation)
Probationary Period: First month is mutual evaluation
Daily Engagement: 1:1 coaching, training, and working
Format: One-to-one mentorship, integrated into daily life
Residential Support: Optional camping or RV space on-site (logistical support only)
This level of immersion allows for real behavioral change—not just insight.
The Process
1. Intake & Selection
Participation begins with a written application and interviews. Admission is selective. The program is not appropriate for everyone, and the mentor reserves the right to decline participation if readiness or fit is not present.
2. Probationary Month (Month 1)
The first month functions as a trial period for both parties. Expectations, boundaries, and work ethic are assessed. Either party may choose not to continue beyond this phase.
3. Core Apprenticeship (Months 2–3)
Focus shifts to sustained discipline, responsibility, and skill development. Resistance, avoidance patterns, and immaturity are addressed directly and constructively.
4. Integration & Transition (Months 4–6)
Responsibility is progressively returned to the participant. The relationship shifts from directive guidance to self-directed action, preparing for program completion.
5. Exit & Follow-On Support
The apprenticeship concludes intentionally at six months. Optional follow-up coaching or retainer support may be recommended, but continuation is never assumed or encouraged by default.
Financial Structure
Monthly Fee: $10,000 (first month $12,000)
Payment: Monthly, no discounts or refunds
Scope: Covers mentorship time, program design, and on-site logistical support
This fee reflects the intensity, exclusivity, and time commitment of the work. Comparable residential or executive programs often exceed this cost with far less individualized attention.
Boundaries & Ethics
This program is not therapy or clinical treatment
No exclusivity, ideology, or spiritual authority is claimed
The relationship is time-bound and purpose-driven
The explicit goal is independence, not dependence
Success is measured by the participant’s ability to function autonomously after completion.
Intended Outcome
By the end of the apprenticeship, participants are expected to demonstrate:
Reliable self-discipline and follow-through
Increased personal responsibility and agency
Greater emotional regulation and steadiness
Practical competence in primal skills and daily life domains
A clear trajectory toward contribution and independence
This is not a rescue program. It is a serious developmental investment for those ready to do the work.
